1. Can I get samples from you?

Yes, sample is free, you only need to pay for the shipping cost.

2. If products have some quality issues, how would you deal with it?

We can sign a return/restocking agreement. We are be responsible for all the quality problems. Once we receive the complains, we will take quick react and offer effective solutions within 3 working days.

3. What’s the delivery time?

Generally, for LCL order,  within 15 working days after receiving deposit. For container’s order, within 30 working days after receiving deposit.

4. What's the standard of package?

If you don’t have special request, we will put multiple rolls into a clear plastic bag and put a release paper roll by roll. Then pack into high strength export specific cartons. We also customize the package according to your request.

5. What kinds of packing term do you support?

We have a wide range of packing term to choose, such as shrink wrapped with customized label or cardboard, sleeve card, paper bags, color box, poly bag, blister, double blister, etc. 

6. Do you accept OEM business?

Yes, we are OEM supplier. We have assisted more than 100 brands to expand their product line and enhance brand influence.

7. What kinds of certificate you have?

We have ISO9001, RoHs, Reach

8. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T and LC payment, for sample order, you also can pay by credit card, paypal, Western Union.

9. How do you ship goods and what’s the trade term?

For small trial orders, we can ship via express or by air. For general orders, we ship by sea. We support EXW, FCA, FOB, CNF, CIF, DAP and DDP term.

10. Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

We are a direct manufacturer, we can offer you high cost-effective products and good service.
