Yes, sample is free, you only need to pay for the shipping cost.

2. If Products Have Some Quality Problem, How Would You Deal With?

We can sign a return agreement. We are be responsible for all the quality problems. Once we receive the complains, we will take quick react and offer effective solutions within 3 working days.

3. What’s The Delivery Time ?

Generally, for LCL order, we can finish within 15 working days. For container’s order, we can delivery within 30 working days.

4. What Is The Standard Of Package?

If you don’t have special request, we will shrink wrap each piece individually, and then pack into high strength export specific cartons. We also customize the package according to your request.
